Step 3. Install plug-ins to improve the functionality of your website
Here is a list of my top plug-ins, and why I would recommend installing them:
- SI-Captcha – Spammers will try and post comments on your pages, use this plug-in to keep spammers at bay by requiring a Captcha code to be entered on all comments. You can see the Captcha form in my comments field below.
- Fast Secure Contact Form – Let your readers contact you with ease with this form.
- Like – Add the Facebook ‘like’ button to let people share your posts or pages if they like them.
And that’s about it. There is of course so much more you can do, and there are many more plug-ins to explore, but these basic steps will get you up and running.
